Stop At Two is an outpatient alcohol treatment program that ideally involves visits with the medical doctor as well as visits with Stop At Two’s therapist. The goal of the treatment program is to achieve the treatment goals of dramatically less alcohol consumption. Our program can be and should be intensive to achieve the best results. A patient see our medical provider on an intermittent basis for medication management only, however best results are achieved with frequent visits with the therapist. A patient may also initiate or continue therapy sessions with his or her own therapist, separate from Stop At Two.
The cost of the Stop At Two program is in line with a typical outpatient rehab treatment program. The first visit is extensive, time-consuming and involves drawing blood work and performing an EKG (heart tracing). This visit is not covered by insurance. Subsequent visits can be covered by a patient’s insurance plan.
Our goal at Stop At Two is to help the patient significantly decrease alcohol consumption.
