Dr. Nathan Moore has two board certifications. He is Board-certified in Addiction Medicine and Board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Moore graduated from Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA in 1991 and then attended Duke University School of Medicine, obtaining his M.D. in 1995. Dr. Moore came to Colorado and completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Colorado’s family medicine program at Rose Medical Center in 1998. He provides comprehensive addiction medicine services, treating patients with opioid use disorders, alcohol use disorders, benzodiazepine use disorders as well as other substance use problems.
Dr. Moore has extensive experience with substance use detoxification and subsequent treatment. He is the Medical Director for Stop At Two, as well as ARCH Detox’s outpatient/ambulatory dexox center in Aurora, CO. Dr. Moore also serves as the medical director for numerous treatment programs in Colorado, including Pathfinders Recovery Centers of Colorado, Continuum Recovery Centers of Colorado, Footprints Recovery, Sandstone Care’s Detox Center in Colorado Springs, Choice House Recovery in Boulder, CO and New Health Pain Treatment Centers in Denver.
Dr. Moore is married with three children. He enjoys mountain-biking and running.
